Returning an item may not be easy. If you are not completely happy with your Lqueer art work product , you have 7 days from the date you received it to request a replacement or return. We will organize to collect from your home, workplace or an alternate address, whichever suits you! For a simple, fast service, you must ensure the following:
• Lqueer art work products arrived within 14 days of your request
• Lqueer art work products is in its original packaging and is in the same condition as it arrived

Note- The images represent actual product though color of the image and product may slightly differ. Laqueer does not select, edit, modify, alter, add or supplement the information, description and other specifications provided by the Seller.

If inconceivable and your products? Lqueer art work is damaged, please follow the return procedure outlined above. Some detailed photos of any damage will also be really helpful. If you can manage to maintain the original packaging, that would be great!

Once we receive your request, we will process it within one business day
• We will confirm your specified pick-up date and provide all instructions and relevant documents via email, one day prior to collection.
• You will be fully refunded the products price (after deducting postage) within 24 – 48 hours of the time the product is collected by courier.
• Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the seller will ship your new Lqueer art work (as per availability) as soon as you receive the original piece.

 This artwork is sold and shipped to you by “laqueer Art Works” and will be packaged In a cardboard / capsule box.

 In case you feel dissatisfied with the order you can cancel the same (cut off time two days) from the date of your order.

Amount paid will be refunded via same banking process within 7 days.

Shipping expenses will be given by us if LAQUEER is at fault. but if the order is cancelled intentionally by you so the shipping expenses will also be paid by you i.e. customer.

For cash on delivery is available but for the same minimum purchasing amount must be 799.00 or more.
